This sports pool site is intended for the sole purpose of the entertainment and recreation of the sponsoring Restaurant's customers and any friends they might invite to play. Persons under the age of 18 are permitted to register if they have a parent or guardian's permission to do so. Any email correspondence delivered to registered players which may contain references to the restaurant, sponsored events, dining or alcoholic beverages is for the information of those recipients 19 years of age or older in Ontario, or of the legal drinking age as determined by the Canadian province, State in the Unites States, or presiding laws in the country where the applicable “player” resides. We utilize a secure server and technology to help ensure that your information is kept confidential. In the unlikely event that an unauthorized third party compromises Sports Pool Marketing's security, Sports Pool Marketing, our Clients and our Affiliates will not be held responsible for any damages directly or indirectly caused by an unauthorized third party's ability to acquire and/or disseminate your information.

This Privacy Policy is to governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. Any judgment upon any award rendered by a Provincial arbitrator shall be final, binding and conclusive upon you and Sports Pool Marketing and our respective administrators, executors, legal representatives, successors and assigns, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the previous sentence, in no circumstance shall you or Sports Pool Marketing be entitled to punitive damages. Both you and Sports Pool Marketing hereby waive all rights to any punitive, special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or business.
